Ladies the difference  from the Men's Stop Smoking Plan and women's is, women must follow the rules from step ones time frame only, which means you will add the time frame from step One to the Step Two Plan. In Simple English  you will be using step two & step three plans for 45 days each   45 days for the step Two Plan and 45  days for Step Three plan .
